Please note all prices are in CAD dollars. Payments made over the internet are via a secure site. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or personal cheque*.
*Payment by cheque is subject to a $10 administration fee. Please make cheques payable to:

Cheques must be received on or before October 10th, 2013 to be considered "on time." If your cheque arrives after this date, you will be charged the on-site fee upon registration at the event. If your cheque arrives after October 10th but before October 24th, you will be notified via email.
Cancelling Your Registration
Cancellations made previous to October 10th, 2013 will be subject to an administration fee totalling 25% of your registration fee. Cancellations after October 10th, 2013 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your registration fee.
Refunds will not be made after the event unless special authorization from the conference chair is granted.
