Online registration is open from June 1st to September 24th, 2010. If you wish to register after September 24th, you must do so at the event.

Please note all prices are in CAD dollars. Payments made over the internet are via a secure site. Payment can be made by personal cheque*, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

*Payment by cheque is subject to a $10 administration fee.

Cheques must be received on or before September 24th, 2010 to be considered "on time." If your cheque arrives after this date, you will be charged the on-site fee (see fees below) upon registration at the event. If your cheque arrives after the 24th but before October 5th, you will be notified via email.
IMPORTANT: Please keep a copy of the registration receipt you receive via email as you will need to present it at the conference registration desk to be admitted to the event.

Cancelling Your Registration

Cancellations made previous to September 24th will be subject to an administration fee totaling 25% of your registration fee.

Cancellations after September 24th will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your registration fee.

Refunds will not be made after the event, unless special authorization from the conference chair is granted.
