Rules & Regulations
Registration Dates:
Online registration is open from December 7th, 2011 to February 16th, 2012.
Registration Fee:
The registration fee is $125 and includes entry into the entire three-day conference.
Cancelling Your Registration:
Cancellations made previous to February 17th will be subject to an administration fee totaling 25% of your registration fee. Cancellations after February 17th will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your registration fee.
Refunds will not be made after the event unless special authorization from the conference chair(s) is granted.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
We will accept cheques; however, there is a $10 cheque handling fee.

Cheques must be received on or before February 17th, 2012 to be considered on time.
IMPORTANT: Please keep a copy of the registration receipt you receive via email as you will need to present it at the conference registration desk to be admitted to the event.
Each attendee must personally check in at the registration desk upon arrival at the event.
