Modality Choices Education Session

What will the session cover?
Different modality choices – transplant, home-based peritoneal dialysis, home-based hemodialysis, clinic-based hemodialysis, and conservative care – and the benefits and drawbacks of each. You can think about which might work best for you and discuss with your kidney care team.

Join by Zoom or dial in by phone?

Instructions on how to join are provided below and will also be emailed to you after you register. Participants joining by Zoom will be able to view presentation slides as they are presented. If dialing in by phone is the better option for you, you can choose the teleconference option, but you will not be able to view the presentation slides.

How to join on the day?

  1. Zoom webinar: Join using a desktop or laptop computer, tablet or smartphone. Please set aside about 15 minutes in advance to set up your device with the Zoom application if you don't already have it. Click here for Instructions

  2. Teleconference: Join by dialing in from your phone if you don't have a computer or your computer doesn't have an internet connection. Click here for Instructions
